Fantastic location and a beautiful hotel with a very cosmopolitan breakfast which was very impressive. Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. One drawback if you are arriving by car the parking is very limited and we had major problems trying to find the overspill car park- a ‘take and pick up service’ would be perfect here.

Iam writing my review to let other people know and let u know that this casino is absolute horrible and they do absolutely everything to make u lose and never even give u a chance to win in any game unless u know someone in management or people who work here. I witnessed 4 times each week they been doing a £50 giveaway and the same chinese person won 3 times in a row and even a big giveaway which is tickets to Vegas!
Wrecked the vibe to be perfectly honest as we was super tiered and could have done with a nap before enjoying the rest of our night. We was really annoyed and not one staff member had the decency to even apologise for the delay. We both decided to leave and just go back home by 9pm the same evening. Very poor experience and a complete waste of money.
Well went to view a movie, tickets purchased in advance. Feel a bit claustrophobic entering into the cinema area. Screen was dirty top right but still could view movie ok. Overall good experience

Stayed here, back in November and really loved the stay. The staff were super friendly and surprisingly was 1 minute away from the main new street, which was a bonus! The free coffee and hot chocolate was a massive bonus! and the kitchen within the apartment hotel were very good!
Absolutely brilliant stay here over the weekend. Perfect location central for everything we had planned. For a city centre hotel there was no outside noise, bed was comfortable and staff friendly and polite. If you are staying near the bullring then this is the place to stay.
The door could be unlocked so I am assuming that was the same from their side. A Londres slots restless night ensued. Back to the ambience of the immediate surroundings...trust me on this, the view was like something from a run down bedsit in the Bronx. I slept here and that was about it. Couldn't stand to spend anymore time here than absolutely necessary. For £quarenta more than I paid I could have stayed in a 5 star hotel up the road. Certainly not worth what I paid, which was just short of £cem. The breakfast was average, tables were not wiped (I did this myself) there were missing items off the advertised menu which was cheap and tasteless. Just about got through it. Certainly the worst hotel I have stayed in. Buyer beware!

But all machines were easy to use, clear instructions. The staff were really helpful, and with this being the first time we’d been to Birmingham and stayed in this type of accommodation we had plenty of questions! Genuinely they couldn’t have done more for us. The location was great as well - as others have said, the peace and quiet was there despite being so close to the city centre. Right round the corner from the building and central station, with lots of arcades and food areas nearby. Would absolutely recommend staying here - whatever the weather!
I went in and I had a problem cashing out on my account. And the quick service of the manager there she was so such a lovely lady in to resolving the matter quick. So friendly and polite. And a beautiful smile. Staff are absolutely friendly. It's a lovely place to go and enjoy yourself. With friends or family. As I went with my husband and we always have a great time.
